Our mechanical expertise however, spans 30 years beginning in 1976 by our affiliation with Dave O’Mara Contractor, Inc. We continue to this day with Koch Mechanical, Inc. providing a full complement of plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC services to the commercial building industry.
